Bill Hibler, based in Seattle, is currently an Owner at West Seattle Internet Service, bringing experience from previous roles at West Seattle Nursery, West Seattle Garden Tour, Quidnunc and Moss Adams. Bill Hibler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting @ University of Washington.
